By operating within a veterinary setting, we’re able to go the extra mile in ways most groomers simply can’t.
Every pet is given a full health check by a qualified veterinary nurse before their groom begins. This ensures any underlying issues—such as skin conditions, mobility concerns, dental concerns or hidden discomfort—are identified and handled appropriately.
For dogs who feel stressed or fearful, we can offer vet prescribed calming medication to help them relax. In more extreme cases, light sedation is available and always carried out under close supervision by trained veterinary nurses, ensuring your pet’s safety and wellbeing at every stage.
Our approach is gentle, patient, and unhurried. We take the time to build trust, adapting each session to the individual needs of the dog. Whether it’s a senior pet who needs extra care or a nervous dog who’s had difficult grooming experiences in the past, we’re here to make the process as calm and positive as possible.
