Out of Hours
Available to all of our registered clients, we are delighted to offer an always on, personalised OOH service at Southside Veterinary Clinic. Our focus is to build long term relationships with our clients and their pets, allowing us to offer consistent and exceptional care around the clock.

So whether it is 9am or 9pm, you will meet compassionate, familiar faces who have a full understanding of your pets medical preferences and clinical history.
Our dedicated out of hours support
At Southside Veterinary Clinic, our emergency care provision has evolved and our dedicated team are proud to provide our own 24hr emergency service within the practice from Monday – Friday.

Please contact us on 0141 737 1540, 24 hours a day to speak to one of our team members. They will provide advice and arrange an out-of-hours emergency consultation for your pet if necessary.
Our emergency consultation fee is less than 3rd party referral hospitals, saving our clients money as well as providing a continuity of service not found in other first opinion practices in Glasgow.

During the weekend, we will continue to offer telephone support and a triaging service to all of our registered clients with a view to manually referring to a local OOH facility if required.

Later in 2025, Southside Veterinary Clinic will provide a 24/7 out of hours provision to our registered clients.
